Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end PLM engagements across multiple industries (Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Goods, etc.)

Manage cross-functional teams across geographies, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget

Serve as the primary client interface for PLM programs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction

Oversee implementation, customization, and integration of PLM platforms: 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, and Windchill

Define PLM architecture and roadmaps tailored to client needs

Lead workshops for requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design

Ensure seamless integration with ERP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise systems

Manage large-scale data migration and system consolidation efforts

Establish governance frameworks for product data and lifecycle processes

Leverage Capgemini’s PLM accelerators and automation tools to optimize delivery

Promote adoption of low-code platforms and GenAI for digital continuity

Required

10+ years in PLM systems, with 5+ years in engagement or program management roles

Strong understanding of PLM workflows, configuration, and customization

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred

Windchill Professional

DS Certified professional

PMP or PRINCE2
