Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of family law experience, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years
Licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and/or Georgia, with no pending or past disciplinary actions
Availability to attend mediations, court hearings, and trials
Staying informed about changes in laws and practices affecting our clients
High-speed internet and a workspace conducive to remote work
Ability to reliably travel to courts in Colorado, Georgia, and surrounding counties, with a willingness to take cases throughout the state
