The Project Coordinator for the Clinical Education, Magnet Program and Patient Care Services Division plays a key role in supporting project management activities and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the department.

Providing general administrative support to aid division leaders and staff

Required

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required
Minimum 2 years preferred, 1 year of experience in healthcare industry and 2 years' experience supporting projects, or equivalent
Knowledge of project management best practices and project management tools (such as project plans, status reports, and gantt charts) required
Proficient with technology and software program administration
Proficient with Microsoft suite of products, in particular MS PowerPoint and MS Excel required
Leadership, strong verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, self-starter, works independently, organizes workload
Ability to effectively resolve complex issues simultaneously and escalate when appropriate

Requires prolonged hours of standing and sitting and some walking
Requires extensive use of telephone and computer keyboard
40 hours/week, flexible hours, may require evening or weekends

Preferred

Project management and analytical skills preferred
Experience with MS project a plus
