Responsibilities
Guide and inspire a team of program managers to deliver critical infrastructure that supports Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s rapid growth
Drive speed to market by managing pipeline intake and ensuring seamless engagement during contracting and estimating of Non-Recurring Costs (NRCs) with lease providers
Accountable for driving and aligning projects to established benchmarks and schedule commitments, ensuring the business delivers on its promises with precision and urgency
Provide strategic and operational leadership for a team of Technical Program Managers driving large-scale data center construction and network build initiatives
Set the vision, establish delivery frameworks, and ensure your team is equipped to execute high-priority programs with precision and speed
Influence cross-functional decision-making, engage at the executive level with internal and external stakeholders, and foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and anticipate and mitigate risks to delivery timelines and budgets
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in program management
Experience in managing large-scale data center construction and network build initiatives
Ability to provide strategic and operational leadership
Experience in influencing cross-functional decision-making
Ability to engage at the executive level with internal and external stakeholders
Strong leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
Strategic foresight to anticipate and mitigate risks to delivery timelines and budgets
Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
