Master Schedule Planner
ABB is a global market leader in high-power, high-performance motors and drives. They are seeking a Master Schedule Planner responsible for creating and managing the Master Production Schedule for High Power System Drives manufacturing, ensuring alignment with demand and customer deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Collaborate cross functionally with customer service to provide appropriate delivery dates, and material planners to convert the Supply Plan into a master production schedule while successfully achieving predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Optimize planning parameters in ERP and planning systems utilizing best practice sharing of inputs across the global organization
Facilitate the sharing of best practices, lead the continuous improvement of existing processes, and foster a data-driven culture
Implement scalable business processes to deliver efficient production execution – with emphasis on proactive derisking
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-cultural and international environment with standard operating procedures
Proactivity, teamwork skills, continuous improvement mindset, result orientation and ability to work under pressure
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
Preferred
Progressive experience with scheduling within SAP
