The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and finalizing the loan closing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing a seamless experience for clients.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams, including loan officers, processors, and underwriters, to gather necessary documentation for loan closing
Work closely with title companies, settlement agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth closing process
Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies
Verify all necessary signatures, dates, and supporting information
Stay informed about and ensure adherence to industry regulations related to mortgage loan closing
Collaborate with the compliance team to address any regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments
Implement quality control measures to review and verify the accuracy of loan closing documents
Conduct thorough audits to identify and rectify any discrepancies before finalization
Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing clear communication throughout the closing process
Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience
Coordinate the submission of closed loan files to post-closing and secondary market investors
Ensure timely delivery of necessary documents to the appropriate parties
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Closer or in a related role
In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan closing procedures and regulatory requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with mortgage software and relevant tools
Preferred
Additional education or training in mortgage lending
