Responsibilities
Review, organize, and manage documentation and data required for underwriting, due diligence, and closing of multifamily loans under GSE programs
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely loan delivery through meticulous document control
Communicate consistently with counterparties and maintain a strong grasp of GSE requirements
Work closely with senior underwriters, production teams, and external counterparties to ensure files are complete, accurate, and fully compliant with GSE guidelines
