Responsibilities
Lead all phases of assigned projects—from planning to execution and final closeout
Own project cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance
Define project milestones and ensure alignment with master plans and timelines
Communicate expectations, updates, risks, and progress clearly to team members, leadership, and customers
Provide routine status reports covering scope, budget, schedule, and performance
Identify project risks or issues and drive effective solutions (including resource allocation or contract adjustments)
Handle customer expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle
Lead single- and multi-product medium-voltage solutions projects
Conduct diagnostics to resolve root causes and implement corrective actions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of project management experience in the power distribution industry, focusing on medium- or high-voltage equipment/switchgear
Ability to travel up to 20%, both domestically and internationally
Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently without company sponsorship
Preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret results and present recommendations to senior management and customers
Proven leadership experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (program management, engineering, services, operations, logistics)
Demonstrated success driving and running projects in competitive technical markets
Experience implementing cost-saving measures within projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex information to varied audiences
Experience in contract management and change management
PMP certification (or willingness to obtain within one year of hire)
