Responsibilities

Architect scalable Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG)/React.js (Hooks, Redux, TanStack Query) applications with Tailwind/Shadcn/UI; translate Figma/product designer mocks into pixel-perfect, accessible realities across all devices

Implement full-spectrum features: real-time data (WebSockets), auth (JWT/Clerk), animations (Framer Motion), charts (Recharts/Nivo), PWAs, i18n, dark mode, and HIPAA-secure forms for hospital workflows

Lead 7-10 engineer team: mentor juniors, conduct code reviews, design system governance (Storybook), agile sprints in Jira/ClickUp, and CI/CD deploys (Vercel) for 99.9% uptime and Lighthouse 95+ scores

Collaborate with product/UX on prototypes, A/B tests (Optimizely), performance audits, and cross-functional delivery of agentic AI interfaces tied to GCP backend
