Customer Service Represenative
CFS is a rapidly growing organization looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. The role involves interacting with customers to provide information, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints regarding products and services.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide pricing and delivery information
Perform customer verifications
Set up new customer accounts
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintain customer databases
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Email monthly statements
Answer calls
Assist with AR
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in computer systems and databases
Strong clerical skills
Inventory management
Experience with computerized systems for data collection and entry
Typing proficiency for efficient data entry tasks
Office administrative skills for managing customer accounts
Answering phones
Managing UPS/Fed Ex shipments
