Responsibilities

Coordinates material offloading with shipping to ensure daily production supplies are available

Performs weekly physical inventory of packaging materials within the plant to compare with SAP inventory

Advises purchasing material shortages or unusual usages

Reconciling and troubleshooting packaging inventory daily

Performing data entry, and issuing packaging supply items from the store room

Follows the exchange program for personnel items, maintaining supply logs, conducting cycle and inventory counts, and ensuring security measures are followed

Meet with supervisors on packaging needs
