Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns
Monitor for suspicious activity and report any unusual circumstances to the appropriate personnel
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and the location
Assist visitors and employees with directions and general information as needed while upholding site-specific regulations
Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency responders when necessary, providing assistance and information as requested
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License
21+ years of age
Have ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Able to ride a bike
