The Digital Print Production Operator will be responsible for operating digital printing equipment and providing comprehensive print production support across various lines of business within the EchoStar portfolio.

Responsibilities

Operate digital and wide-format printers using Fiery Command Workstation

Perform post-print tasks such as cutting, folding, binding, and finishing

Prepare and package printed materials for shipment

Manipulate digital files to meet print specifications

Monitor print quality and color consistency throughout production

Maintain printing equipment and perform routine maintenance and calibration

Collaborate with the Print Services Manager to prioritize daily production

Assist with job tracking and monthly reporting

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Adapt to changing priorities and urgent requests in a fast-paced environment

Required

Associate's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience

Experience operating digital and wide-format print equipment, scanners, and bindery tools

Familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

Familiarity with Fiery Command WorkStation

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Effective communication and teamwork skills; may involve regular communication with internal stakeholders to clarify print specifications and delivery expectations

Availability for a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM schedule, with occasional overtime

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

May require walking between buildings and navigating stairs

Periodic exposure to loud equipment noise
