Responsibilities
Expert-level proficiency in React Native, with a strong understanding of its architecture, performance optimization, and platform-specific nuances
Solid experience in native mobile development (iOS and/or Android), including familiarity with Swift, Kotlin, or Objective-C/Java
Deep understanding of mobile design patterns, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and mobile CI/CD pipelines
Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs and backend services
Familiarity with mobile analytics, accessibility standards, and performance monitoring tools
Strong code review skills and ability to mentor others in mobile development best practices
Comfortable working in a hybrid team model with internal engineers and external vendors
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on cross-functional alignment
Serve as the technical lead for mobile development across guest-facing applications
Review pull-requests from vendor teams to ensure code quality, maintainability, and alignment with platform standards
Collaborate with vendor developers on feature implementation, architecture decisions, and performance improvements
Contribute directly to mobile codebase for critical features, prototypes, or refactors
Advocate for mobile best practices, including accessibility, performance, and user experience
Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Architects to align mobile development with business goals
Help define and evolve mobile development standards, tooling, and workflows
Support onboarding and mentoring of internal engineers contributing to mobile efforts
Qualification
Required
