Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and sound judgment
Microsoft Office know-how
A cool head under pressure and top-tier multitasking abilities
The confidence to be firm but compassionate
A drive to follow through and follow regulations
Availability Monday to Friday, schedules between 7am–7pm
