Responsibilities
According to the drawings and after-sales service data of the equipment manufacturer, carry out the maintenance, maintenance and emergency repair of the equipment on the job site
Daily management of equipment installation tools, tooling use and registration
Communicate with the manufacturer in time for problem feedback according to the equipment usage
Formulate and implement the equipment maintenance plan at the job site
Make the collection, purchase and management of wearing parts according to the field equipment, and manage the ledger of field equipment materials or maintenance spare parts
Make daily work report, timely analyze and report various on-site problems such as maintenance
Solve the corresponding equipment defects and complete the improvement work
Abnormal handling of field circuits and planning, replacement and maintenance of various power interfaces
Qualification
Required
College degree or above. Those who are excellent can lend money to high school/technical secondary school, and holding electrician operation certificate is preferred
More than three years working experience in automation equipment maintenance
Have professional knowledge of mechanical equipment installation, modification and maintenance
Have skilled equipment maintenance and maintenance operation skills
Can make simple mechanical or electrical drawings with CAD drawing software
Honest, responsible and hardworking
Preferred
Holding electrician operation certificate
Logistics sorting equipment maintenance experience
