Customer Success Representative

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via inbound calls
Provide accurate information regarding billing and account management
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly
Track customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of previous call center experience or equivalent customer-facing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong active listening and empathy skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or call center software (preferred but not required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
