SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Team Lead responsible for coordinating activities within assigned programs. The role includes overseeing cleanliness and sanitation, providing direction to custodial staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Perform janitorial duties
Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor
Assist site management in scheduling and training staff as needed
Operate motorized cleaning equipment
Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair
Schedule clean up and repairs as needed
Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
Track and maintain supply inventory
Assist management in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment
Perform quality, service, and safety inspections
Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor
Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and supplies
Correct at risk behavior and report to the supervisor immediately
Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement

Qualification

CPR/AED/First Aid certificationForklift certificationCleaning methods knowledgeCleaning equipment knowledgeCommunication skills

Required

High school diploma / GED required
At least 1-year related experience
CPR/AED/First Aid certification
May be required to have a valid driver's license
Completed all safety and task training certification
May be required to be forklift certified
Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team
Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
