Confidencial is seeking a Senior Director to provide senior-level leadership and strategic direction for core business functions. The role involves overseeing multiple teams, driving alignment with executive leadership, and managing operational excellence to achieve business impact.

Responsibilities
Provide senior-level leadership and strategic direction for one or more core business functions or programs
Translate corporate and functional strategy into executable plans, initiatives, and performance targets
Oversee multiple teams, departments, or large-scale initiatives to ensure operational excellence and business impact
Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
Establish governance structures, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks
Drive continuous improvement, organizational effectiveness, and scalable processes
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning within the scope of responsibility
Identify risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities; lead mitigation and growth initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop directors, managers, and high-potential leaders
Support enterprise-level initiatives, transformations, and change management efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
5-8+ years of progressive leadership experience, including director-level responsibilities
Proven ability to lead large teams, complex programs, or multi-functional organizations
Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and execution discipline
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, performance management, and organizational design
Preferred
MBA
Experience operating in matrixed or global organizations is a strong advantage
Industry experience relevant to the company's business is preferred
