This role involves representing clients in complex employee benefits litigation, drafting legal documents, and collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategy.

Law Practice

Responsibilities

Represent clients in ERISA litigation matters, including fiduciary duty, pension, and benefits disputes

Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation filings

Participate in discovery, including depositions, document review, and preparation of discovery responses

Conduct legal research on ERISA, employee benefits, and related statutory frameworks

Assist with case strategy, risk assessment, and litigation planning in collaboration with senior attorneys

Support clients across a range of industries on complex benefits-related litigation matters

Required
