Responsibilities
Assemble and test mechanical and electrical components and systems under the guidance of engineers to meet specifications
Maintain the equipment and tools being used in the area
Order and maintain tools, supplies, and consumables
Collaborate with Inventory Dept to manage parts inventory, acquire necessary components for prototypes and production, and ensure availability of supplies for uninterrupted workflow
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to company regulations and standards
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues with new and existing systems
Collaborate with designers and engineers in the development of prototypes and finished systems
Contribute to the creation of detailed technical documentation, including assembly instructions and test reports
Qualification
Required
Assemble and test mechanical and electrical components and systems under the guidance of engineers to meet specifications
Maintain the equipment and tools being used in the area

Preferred
1–4 years of experience in automotive, aviation maintenance, industrial mechanical/electrical, or HVAC
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment like torque wrenches, micrometers, and fluke meters
Ability to work effectively with engineers, other technicians, and production teams to develop and implement solutions
A&P certification or time towards certification is a bonus
