Responsibilities
Answer incoming service calls and emails during business hours
Gather job details and create work orders in ServiceTrade
Schedule and assign service calls to technicians in real time
Adjust schedules throughout the day as conditions change
Manage afterhours call routing and escalation
Maintain HVAC and plumbing on-call schedules
Track monthly preventive maintenance requirements
Ensure PMs are completed and documented in ServiceTrade
Maintain accurate records in ServiceTrade and ServiceChannel
Coordinate work authorizations and purchase orders
Use Outlook, Teams, Excel, and customer portals daily
Communicate directly with technicians regarding assignments
Coordinate with Field Service Managers on capacity and escalations
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in service coordination, dispatch, or operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple regions and priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
Preferred
ServiceTrade or similar service software experience preferred
HVAC, plumbing, or facilities services experience is a plus
