Responsibilities

Support senior colleagues with research, analysis, and preparatory work
Monitor markets and develop trade ideas
Conduct portfolio reviews and learn about client solutions
Prepare and present market updates and trade recommendations
Collaborate with team members across Sales, Trading, Structuring & Origination, or Digital Markets
Participate in training sessions and professional development activities
Contribute to the team’s efforts in solving complex financial problems

Required

Strong interest in global financial markets
Excellent analytical, quantitative (algebra, statistics, probability), and interpretative skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment
Adaptable, flexible, and resilient
Fluency in English
Coursework in finance or economics
Graduation date of December 2027 – June 2028 from a Bachelor's or Master's program
If pursuing a Master's degree, it must be within 2 years of receiving your Bachelor's degree
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
