Responsibilities
Partners with management to ensure proper cost allocation to the project cost objectives
Evaluates project cost against project budgets
Assures cost control and accounting procedures are being adhered to
Reviews and analyzes the status of assigned projects for the purpose of cost reporting
Provides management with clear and accurate cost information to help them make decisions
Verifies accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
Archives project files regarding, payroll, invoicing, cost controls, purchase orders, contracts and subcontracts as required
Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience with AA degree or 5+ years of experience with BS/BA degree
TS with ability to obtain SCI
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
Preferred
Experience supporting classified programs
