Responsibilities

Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team of 10 Professional Engineers, along with more than eight engineers, designers, and detailers based in Evansville, IN

Oversee all engineering and design functions across three operational divisions: Heavy Civil Tunneling, Mine Development, and OEM Equipment Manufacturing/FKC-Lake Shore

Manage and maintain project engineering schedules and budgets

Serve as the technical liaison with Division Managers, clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies

Direct and coordinate engineering, operational, and quality initiatives to improve cost, delivery, and performance

Ensure that all designs meet commercial, customer, regulatory, safety, and quality standards

Lead three discipline managers in Civil/Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering

Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
