Responsibilities
Act as the leader of the design process from a design and documentation standpoint for public works and land development projects
Develop or perform QA/QC processes for project risk mitigation
Assign people´s time efficiently through projects to meet budgets, timelines and deliverables as planned
Proposal development from a budgeting and technical standpoint for private and public work to produce competitive and winning bids
Coaching and mentoring team members
Foster team building and collaboration atmosphere
Main contact for clients in key accounts
Maintain a positive interaction from contract negotiation to construction completion
Attend community conferences, events, and other networking opportunities
Qualification
Required
+18 Years of Project Experience in the Land Development and Public Works markets
Experience managing teams and developing proposals
California P.E. License
Project management
Civil 3D
AutoCAD
Preferred
QSP/QSD Licensed
