Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of the Oracle Cloud Order to Cash (O2C) process, covering Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Billing, and Revenue Management Cloud
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CPQ, Subscription Management, Procurement, SCM, and Finance) to design integrated O2C solutions aligned with client business goals
Drive requirements gathering sessions, business process mapping, and solution design workshops with client stakeholders
Translate business needs into detailed functional designs, configurations, and test scenarios
Support data migration, testing (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization
Lead key discussions on solution strategy, design decisions, and integration touchpoints with Salesforce, CPQ, and other upstream/downstream systems
Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud best practices and maintain alignment with product capabilities
Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; communicate status and impacts to leadership and clients
Contribute to Oracle Consulting assets, accelerators, and reusable templates for the O2C domain
Mentor junior team members and provide functional guidance within the O2C track

Required

8–12 years of experience in the Order to Cash domain, including at least 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experience
Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud modules: Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Advanced Collections, Billing, and Revenue Management (RMCS)
Strong understanding of O2C integrations with CPQ, Subscription Management, Procurement, and SCM
Experience with end-to-end project lifecycle - from requirements through go-live and support
Ability to lead client workshops, solution discussions, and design reviews independently
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in managing cross-track dependencies and production readiness activities

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
