Responsibilities
Overseeing and managing compliance processes to ensure the organization aligns with legal, regulatory, and industry standards
Implementing and monitoring compliance programs
Assessing risks and addressing compliance issues
Ensuring adherence to financial, regulatory, and legal requirements
Supporting internal audits and collaborating with different departments to promote operational excellence and policy adherence
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance is essential
Strong Analytical Skills to assess risks, interpret data and make informed decisions
Competency in financial regulations, risk management, and finance-related compliance oversight
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Effective communication and leadership skills to liaise across various departments
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field is required
Professional compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) are a plus
Proven experience in managing remote teams is highly desirable
