Responsibilities
Conduct a Comprehensive Lease Audit across all Ruoff Mortgage branch locations
Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, expiration dates, and renewal options
Identify and track preventive maintenance needs for each branch, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance
Assist in creating reports and dashboards summarizing lease and maintenance forecasts
Collaborate with the Facilities and Property Management team to prioritize maintenance projects and branch upgrades
Support ad-hoc property management projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to analyze data and create clear, actionable reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking and forecasting
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness
Coursework or practical experience in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Facilities Management, or related fields
Prior internship or project experience involving administrative tasks, data management, or facility operations
Experience with reporting, spreadsheets, or property databases
