Private Equity Practice Lead

NetSuite is a leading cloud solutions provider, and they are seeking a dynamic Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth by building relationships with greenfield Private Equity firms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PE investment strategies and will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with Private Equity firms, presenting value propositions, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.

Responsibilities

Identify and build relationships with Private Equity firms
Present NetSuite value prop to PE firms
Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with PE firm needs
Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, and client feedback to optimize strategies
Understand PE firms' investment strategies and value-creation goals to tailor sales pitches
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions tailored to PE firms and their portfolio companies
Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within private equity

Required

3-7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within private equity, investment banking, or financial services
Strong understanding of PE deal structures, fundraising cycles, and portfolio management
Proven track record of B2B sales success, preferably in Saas
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-performance environment
Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
