Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program management for complex data and analytics initiatives across multiple teams
Drive planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale data pipelines, platforms, and infrastructure
Partner with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Data Scientists to define requirements, milestones, and success metrics
Track program risks, dependencies, and data quality issues; proactively unblock teams
Translate business and product needs into technical requirements using a data-driven approach
Communicate program progress and insights clearly to stakeholder and leadership audiences
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Technical Program Manager working on data-intensive or platform-scale systems
Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, analytics, or big data technologies
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience with large distributed data systems and cloud-based data platforms
Background working with SQL, data modeling, dashboards, or data quality frameworks
Experience supporting ML or analytics workloads is a plus
