Responsibilities
Participate in the design of a variety of medium to large-scale complex projects
Undertake electrical systems design, predominantly for building projects, including power systems and lighting systems
Gain experience working on diverse projects across all of our major business sectors including Healthcare, science and technology, laboratories, and infrastructure
Collaborate with exceptional multi-disciplinary teams using our experience at the local, regional, and global levels
Have opportunities for advancement in a rapidly growing office
Design and perform calculations for power system study, lighting systems and associated controls
Prepare and review drawings and specifications detailing the design
Coordinate with multiple teams and working in conjunction with project managers to help complete work you're doing
Write reports for internal and external purposes based on findings
Presenting technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non-technical audiences
Understanding trends and standard methodologies
Participating in local Professional Associations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering
Atleast 4 years of experience designing electrical systems for buildings
Ability to prioritize effectively, balance assigned work and exceptional organization skills are required for our constantly evolving environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working
Presentation skills with colleagues and clients of all levels
Experience with Revit MEP
Preferred
Experience with design and analysis of renewable and distributed energy systems
LEED accreditation
Experience with power system modeling using SKM
