As the Senior Manager of Marketing Innovation, you will lead the innovation process, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop consumer-driven products and ensure successful commercialization.

Responsibilities
Lead and evolve both short- and long-term innovation plans, ensuring a steady pipeline of consumer-driven ideas
Develop rolling 3–5 year innovation roadmaps that drive growth across our brands and unlocks new opportunities
Build and refine innovation and commercialization processes grounded in collaboration, creativity, and decision-making across teams
Identify emerging trends, category dynamics, and cultural shifts to inspire new product and platform concepts
Translate consumer and shopper insights into actionable ideas that resonate in-market
Leverage data and analytics to guide prioritization and measure results
Partner with R&D, Operations, and Brand Marketing to bring new products from concept to shelf
Evaluate feasibility, fit, and ROI to balance creativity with business impact
Ensure timely and successful execution of in-progress innovation launches
Serve as a connector across teams, encouraging input, alignment, and shared ownership of innovation success
Build relationships with internal and external partners to support ideation and commercialization
Lead with vision, persistence, and optimism to navigate challenges and push new thinking forward
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years in innovation, brand management, or marketing within confections, food, beverages, CPG, or FMCG
5+ years leading product innovation from concept to market, including pipeline development and execution
Experience managing teams and influencing cross-functionally
Strong financial and data analysis skills, including P&L management and market insights
Collaborative, curious, and creative problem-solver who drives results and embraces change
Courage to challenge the status quo and advocate for the customer while fostering an inclusive environment
Strong communicator and influencer, able to inspire action and make data-informed business decisions
