Responsibilities
Local field work across Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama, supported by a regional team of nine service technicians
Hands-on installation, service, and PM for CNC machining centers and turning centers
Rapid troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Customer-facing resolution, plus light training and sales support when needed
Professional, ethical representation of Ellison Technologies at every step
Ownership of service cases and projects; diligent customer records and technical documentation
Flexibility to take on other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Background installing/maintaining/repairing CNC machine tools (machining and turning centers)
Strong repair toolkit across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical disciplines
Clear communication with operators, engineers, and leaders alike
