CNC Systems Field Installation & Service Engineer

Responsibilities

Be the on‑site expert for CNC machining and turning centers—handling repairs, commissioning, and PMs
Lead local installations and ensure machines meet spec from day one
Diagnose across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to root cause and resolution
Guide customers with quick training moments and partner with sales on technical questions
Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and uphold Ellison’s professional, ethical standards
Own every ticket and project—document thoroughly and maintain accurate technical records
Support additional related duties as needed

Required

Hands‑on experience with CNC machine tools—installing, maintaining, and repairing machining centers and turning centers
