Responsibilities

Assist with the design and deployment of enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls

Support the integration of new network technologies into existing environments

Perform routine network monitoring to ensure system health and connectivity

Configure and update network devices under senior engineering guidance

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across local and wide-area networks

Maintain network documentation including diagrams, configuration files, and change logs

Required

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, Master's degree with 3 years of experience, PhD with 0 years of experience, Will accept four additional years of experience in lieu of degree

US Citizenship and a current active TOP SECRET Clearance with SCI

Must comply with DoD 8140/DCWF Work Role 411 requirements, including holding an approved baseline certification and meeting all KSAs for managing, monitoring, and maintaining DoD gateway and boundary systems

Experience supporting enterprise network operations and troubleshooting connectivity issues

Familiarity with configuring routers, switches, and firewalls

Basic understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and network segmentation

Experience performing routine network maintenance and monitoring
