Responsibilities

Analyze, operate, maintain, and modify telecommunications and satellite communications systems in accordance with operational standards

Monitor performance of telecommunications systems and vendor-provided services to ensure availability and reliability

Perform troubleshooting, testing, adjustment, and repair of telecommunications and satellite hardware

Assist with planning and coordination of telecommunications equipment moves, installations, and upgrades

Conduct system usage reviews and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and performance

Maintain technical documentation, system records, and prepare operational reports

Provide end-user training and technical guidance on telecommunications features and functionality

Comply with all applicable security, safety, and program requirements
