Responsibilities
Identify, research, and engage prospective clients in the Video Management Software space through cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events
Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring all activities, leads, and opportunities are meticulously documented and updated
Cultivate meaningful connections with key decision-makers to understand their needs and deliver customized VMS solutions
Oversee each step of the sales journey, beginning with first contact and ending with finalizing agreements, while regularly reaching or surpassing sales objectives
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience in the Video Management Software or related technology sectors is highly desirable
Proficiency in Salesforce, with a focus on maintaining detailed and accurate records
Demonstrated ability to present, negotiate, and close with technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with VMS, security systems, and surveillance technologies is a strong advantage
This position requires up to 50% travel, which may include domestic and international air travel as needed to fulfill business objectives
