The role involves reviewing final assembly products to ensure compliance with quality standards and performing inspections to deliver top-tier products to customers.

Responsibilities
Confirms product compliance to established quality standards by conducting visual tests
Rejecting products that fail to meet establish quality standards
Ensure line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands
Documents inspection results for final product grading
Report any issues requiring a Quality Technician to the line supervisor
Produce products that meet quality standards with minimal defects
Monitor standard equipment settings and escalate deviations for adjustment
Help other operators during breaktimes and flexibility to cover other work areas
Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions
Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS
Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of manufacturing process
Able to cope with pressure and be a team player
Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
Must be detail oriented and able to analyze information on computer monitor for 12 hours
