Responsibilities

Supports the organization to ensure daily operations run smoothly

Plans, supports and implements logistics for division level internal and/or external events and meetings across multiple sites

Establishes and maintain meeting cadence, agendas, and scheduling

Facilitates the generation of weekly reports, and program milestone presentation content for briefing

Collects, organizes, generates, and maintains metrics tracking established processes across all software development phases to show progress and compliance

Demonstrates excellent group collaboration, teamwork, and relationship strengthening to deliver excellence to the team and those the team supports

Possesses exceptional organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task effectively

Embodies proactive and self-motivated engagement; can complete tasks with minimum supervision

Excels at communications and writing

Required

5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office applications

5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

5 + years of experience in project planning, coordination, and communication across a large organization

Preferred

Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)

Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly
