Responsibilities

Interact with customers face-to-face to process all of Ria's products, including money transfers, money orders, and buying/selling foreign currency
Accurately verify or enter customer information into our systems
Assist customers courteously with inquiries such as questions about our services, service cancellations, or other Ria locations
Recognize and resolve problems, issues, or complaints during queries, or escalate them to the management team as needed
Stay up to date with Ria's products, services, and policies
Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit
Prepare daily transaction records
Perform other duties as assigned by colleagues and superiors

Qualification

Bilingual in SpanishCustomer service skillsCash handling experienceBasic computer skillsFlexibility to work various schedules

Required

Ability to speak English & Spanish
Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends
Basic computer skills, with the ability to use MS Word and Excel
Strong customer service skills
A valid work permit is required

Preferred

Cash handling experience is highly preferred
