Business Development and Sales Leader - Multiple Locations
Dynamill Research is a specialized CRO focused on diagnostics and medical devices, seeking a Business Development and Sales Leader to drive partnerships and revenue growth. The role involves developing business strategies, forming strategic partnerships, and establishing revenue targets to enhance the company's market presence.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a BD strategy
Drive the sales pipeline from lead generation through close
Form alliances with key stakeholders—manufacturers, biobanks, hospitals, and government entities—to expand the CRO’s footprint and revenue streams
Identify and maintain relationships with potential co-development partners for new diagnostic and med device products
Represent the CRO at industry conferences and publish
Position the company as a specialized leader by highlighting our unique value proposition
Establish and meet revenue targets
Use data-driven analysis to refine business development tactics, accurately forecast deal flow, and maximize profitability
Qualification
Required
10+ years of business development, strategic partnerships, or sales leadership experience in the diagnostics, medical device, or CRO sector
Familiarity with regulated med devices, molecular diagnostics, companion diagnostics, biomarker studies, and post-market surveillance
Existing relationships with decision-makers in diagnostics or medtech
Track record of closing significant deals with mid to large-sized clients
Able to shape both short-term wins and long-term partnership roadmaps
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving goals
Excellent interpersonal skills to lead negotiations, deliver presentations, and collaborate cross-functionally with technical and operations teams
Humble with high intellectual curiosity
