Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize advanced PLC/DCS control systems in a semiconductor production environment
Lead software programming for factory automation systems and coordinate engineering changes
Mentor junior engineers and technicians, sharing best practices and providing hands-on training
Collaborate with operators, engineers, maintenance teams, and vendors to improve processes and implement solutions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategic automation upgrades to support long-term business objectives
