Principal/Sr Principal Airworthiness Project Manager

Responsibilities
Workforce and financial data tracking and analysis for monthly reporting requirements and reviews
Compile cost, schedule, elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP)
Coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements and prepares status reports
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between organizations
Research and analyze historical data, develops cost models to support estimating and proposal efforts
A variety of ad hoc tasks/exercises
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business experience; OR a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience for Principal level
Bachelor's degree with 9 years of Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business experience; OR a Master's degree with 7 years of related experience for Sr Principal level
Knowledge of and experience with Earned Value Management
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR)
Preferred
Active DoD Secret clearance
PMP Certification
Experience with proposal activities to include cost, schedule, and planning activities
Resource management experience (EVM, indirect, NCTA, Capital)
Knowledge of Tableau and SAP
Experience with financial reporting and understanding of accounting principles
Ability to multi-task and support multiple programs and address leadership needs
