Supports and collaborates with Facilities Director to manage unit/service activities

Has 24 hour responsibility

Management activities will encompass approximately 25% of the total time; direct service activities will encompass approximately 75% of the total work time

Coordinates a program to maintain and repair buildings, grounds and equipment in accordance with all Life Safety and other appropriate regulatory requirements, and to procure and/or generate all utilities and maintain their distribution systems

Coordinates these activities with other departments to ensure timely, safe, and efficient operation of the Organization
