Responsibilities
Engage with and visit customers
Analyze testing procedures, machine capabilities, and material flow
Work with manufacturing process and equipment
Work with all modes of transportation, production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and warehousing
Develop make vs. buy decisions
Identify and implement productivity improvements
Manage direct reports
Handle inventory transactions
Own daily management of Lean manufacturing
Qualification
Required
You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field of study, and have completed your undergraduate degree or are approaching graduation this academic year 2025-2026
