Regional Investigations Manager, US, Canada, Europe

Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of internal investigations in the US, Canada, and Europe; works with employees at various levels of the organization to obtain relevant information; reviews and analyzes relevant documents and data; interviews witnesses; and formulates well-founded conclusions
Participates in decision-making and recommendations regarding the remediation of internal investigations and follow-up actions, reports on investigations to compliance and business leaders
Drafts reports of investigative findings
Assists Directors and DVP Global Investigations with risk assessments, trend analysis, and compiling audit responses
Has responsibility for all of the U.S., Canada, and Europe
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities – directly supervises personnel responsible for intake and analysis of new reports, including identifying potential legal and policy issues and provides instruction and training to affiliate personnel responsible for local investigations that are less significant

Required

BS/BA required
Minimum eight years legal, investigations, auditing, financial or compliance experience, including experience conducting witness interviews
High proficiency in English

Preferred

CFE and/or CPA certification
Prior experience in audit at Big Four accounting firm
Experience in healthcare industry
