They are seeking a CNC Grinder Operator for their second shift, responsible for setting up and operating centerless grinder machinery while ensuring adherence to production standards and inspecting products for defects.

Responsibilities
Set up centerless grinder machinery
Operate centerless grinder machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines
Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary
Move completed material to next workstation
Maintain clean and safe work environment
Qualification
Required
6 months – 1-year related experience or training
Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions
Mechanically inclined with strong math skills
Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers, and calipers
Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates and experienced in calculating feeds and speeds
Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course
Preferred
One year certificate from college or technical school preferred
