Oversee all construction inspection activities from NTP to close-out
Supervise inspection staff and coordinate with designers, PMs, and public agencies
Manage contractor performance, issue change orders, and process pay estimates
Ensure project compliance with safety and quality standards
Prepare executive-level reporting and project documentation
Qualification
Required
NICET Level IV Certification
Strong knowledge of NYSDOT standards, SiteManager, and infrastructure projects
Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily
OSHA 30
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred (or 10+ years of related experience)
PMP or CCM certification a plus
