Aftermarket Sales Account Manager
Kinsley Power Systems is an industry leader in generator service, sales, and rentals, seeking a driven Aftermarket Sales Account Manager to grow their emergency power generator service and maintenance sales. The role involves developing new business, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities
Develop & Expand Business – Prospect and secure new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts
Own the Sales Cycle – Manage the process from lead generation and quoting to closing deals, collections, and after-sales support
Provide Solutions, Not Just Sales – Position Kinsley’s service agreements, maintenance plans, and emergency power solutions as critical components of operational reliability
Partner Cross-Functionally – Work closely with internal teams, including field technicians and project managers, to ensure seamless service delivery
Be a Trusted Advisor – Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to tailor solutions effectively
Leverage CRM & Sales Tools – Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions to drive accountability and strategic growth
Qualification
Required
Experience in B2B sales, particularly with customers in data centers, telecommunications, HVAC, electrical contracting, or power generation
Proven track record in B2B sales, with the ability to build rapport, close deals, and meet revenue goals
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage a territory effectively
Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Ability to travel overnight as needed within the territory
Valid Driver's License - Required for travel to customer sites
